Total Farm Conservation.  This idea is the driving force behind the conservation services offered by Woods, Water & Wildlife, Inc.  The purpose of total farm conservation is to enhance existing natural resources, while at the same time improving your property's bottom line. This often can be accomplished by taking marginal areas out of production and creating wildlife habitat by restoring wetlands and riparian buffers.  This leaves the best, most productive lands in production.  We often work with landowners to develop entire properties for hunting, recreation, and wildlife viewing, while also providing financial returns from their natural resource assets.  In addition to complete turn-key project delivery, we also have the expertise to find any available sources of funding for your project.

We also work with private and public clients to mitigate unavoidable losses to natural resources.  These services include wetland, stream and riparian restoration projects. Our mitigation services cover all aspects of project implementation, from site identification to post-construction monitoring.

For those landowners interested in long-term planning, we can assist with estate planning through conservation easements.  Whatever your objectives are, we can provide the  tools to make those plans a reality.
