oods,
Water & Wildlife, Inc.
is
concerned with the
restoration, management, and conservation of our natural resources.
Our staff has over
35 years of combined experience in resource management throughout the Southeast
and Mid-Atlantic regions and has the
capabilities and experience to complete a variety of projects.
We provide practical and innovative solutions for resource management issues by
working closely with our clients to
help them achieve their conservation goals.
Our integrated natural resource and asset management approach evaluates the current resources on a property, outline management steps necessary to achieve desired objectives, and offers potential projects to implement these steps. We also identify existing and potential assets including timber resources, landscape restoration opportunities (wetlands, streams, riparian buffers), wildlife habitat enhancement projects, sensitive habitats and species, and soil and water conservation projects. Additionally, we provide financial analysis of existing public and private programs and opportunities to achieve the greatest economic and environmental return on these assets.
Typical services we provide for our clients include but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing specific natural resource management plans to achieve landowner objectives.
Providing financial analyses of natural resource assets and existing public and private conservation opportunities.
Identifying and evaluating conservation properties for restoration and enhancement opportunities.
Providing technical assistance for public and private conservation programs.
Designing and implementing mitigation projects, including wetland, stream and riparian buffer.
